Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship to customers across the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, and work only with trusted suppliers to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer experience.

 If your address is outside our shipping coverage area, your order may be canceled and refunded.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Omniveras is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or stolen after being marked delivered, please contact the carrier first.
  • For damaged packages, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage.
  • We’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
